Ann Donner Consulting has joined with Goody Clancy urban design group to help develop a strategic vision for the revitalization of large section of Central West Baltimore for Jubilee Baltimore. Jubilee Baltimore, a nonprofit development and planning organization, won a Choice Neighborhoods grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to create a strategy with community partners to reunite neighborhoods and plan for better housing, improved education, employment and training opportunities, additional retail, reduced crime and vacancy.
