Biography
With over 20 years experience managing strategic initiatives in the public,
nonprofit and private sectors, Ann Donner has held numerous leadership positions
with government, civic, health care and business organizations. A skilled
strategist and facilitator, she has built her reputation on a unique ability
to uncover creative approaches and a talent for bringing disparate interests
together toward a common goal.
Former executive director of Move Massachusetts 2000 and of the Trust for
City Hall Plaza, Ms. Donner brings her expertise in government and community
relations; fundraising and public-private partnerships to her consulting
practice. Over the course of her career, she has spearheaded the investment
of hundreds of millions of dollars in critical urban infrastructure and real
estate projects, and raised significant resources for the organizations and initiatives
she has represented. In the process, she has promoted new models for consensus-building;
increased the effectiveness and profile of numerous organizations; influenced
the design and programming of important public spaces; and helped promote
better end-of-life care—all while collaborating with a broad range
of constituencies.
